Patagonia Realty Advisors is part of The Southern Cone Group and is active in four segments of the real estate market in Montevideo:
- Development of apartment and office buildings in Montevideo by sourcing properties and arranging financing.
- Management of fully-furnished, executive-style apartments for short and medium term rental to business people and tourists alike.
- Sales of Patagonia`s own developments and brokerage of third-party properties.
- Advisory Services and Development Administration for third parties.
Patagonia is also the farm management company and fund raiser for cattle and crop farms in Paraguay and Bolivia.
In 2014 Patagonia plans to construct a condo-hotel in Palermo Hollywood, the neighborhood in Buenos Aires most visited by tourists. Patagonia owns the plot free and clear.

The head office of Patagonia Realty Advisors is located in Montevideo, Uruguay, a logistics center in the region. It is located in the neighborhood of Carrasco (Montevideo) a few blocks from the new Sofitel hotel and a few minutes from the international airport.
Patagonia is a member of APPCU, The Association of Private Real Estate Developers in Uruguay.
